Overall they well known for having affordable fees and or charges.

I love that their charges are quite fair compared to others but their website is not user friendly.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
They need to work on having a better ai integration.
I left mostly five stars on everything because I think they have very good customer service and answer all your questions and concerns very well.

What I like most about this firm is their customer service and how knowledgeable they are and how well they answer and questions or concerns you have with full transparency. What I like the least is some of the fees they have and sometimes high interest rates depending how what type of loan or line of credit your trying have.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Maybe have lower interest rates or make it based on your credit score a little more like the higher your score the lower it is or something like that.
Very reliable bank, also very trustworthy and competent, one I will definitely recommend.

I like most their level of service and also their transparency, what I like least is their interest rate on loans, could be better.

They are reliable and offer value services for whatever size of firm.
I have banked with American Express for about a year now and I have had no issues. I joined for the Delta skymiles points.

Not certain Delta SkyMiles card is the best option for me. I may switch to the blue cash card instead

Hold times on a phone
Serving as Contract CFO for a client.... Incumbent lender began imposing onerous conditions while reducing the size or the overall facility despite no outstanding balances on the LoC. BoA introduced by friends at Merrill Lynch and came through with a much superior offering. We've been with BoA for just over a year now... they proactively notified us of our renewal 2 months prior to its expiration.... Great Job BoA.... they are a true lending partner...
