I have been with this bank for years. I trust them for however they may be and will continue to be with them.

There is nothing I like least about the firm. I like that the most I can do is learn a bunch of knowledge.

I don’t see any recommendations that need to be fixed with this term
It was just to set up my bank account for my debit card. It was easy but it took a couple of weeks for the card to be registered and sent

The explanation and transparency was the most useful thing from the experience. The wait time was my least favorite

Probably having more locations around the city of San Diego, but besides that, I’ve had no issues with it so far
Love the people that work there. Always helpful when I have a question

The convencie of being everywhere. When I need something quick, they are accesible over phone and chat as well

No recommendation. Everything is customer centric.
I just recently opened a new account, after not being with BofA for over 30 yrs. I am so very glad that I have come back to them.

The bank is pretty great. Customer service is fair.

I like the ease of use to do my banking. I do have some concerns with the security of my accounts

I would recommend they add more layers of security for banking. Firms should learn all about safety measures.
I had great experience with Bank of America on both account side and with the line of credit. Customer service was amazing. Bank of America was very insightful in recommending different banking services. Obtaining line of credit was a positive experience and they serve my company very well.

I liked customer service and the fact that the bank representative took time to study my company and business. There is nothing that I liked least as it was amazing experience!

I highly recommend engaging Bank of America for banking and also, for lending. Their customer service is amazing. Loan options are very good too. In my opinion, this is one of the best banks.
Alright business, but not great. The fees stack up if you’re not careful.

Fees are too high. But the ease of creating an account is good.

Lower fees is what I would recommend for the firm to engage better with customers
I have banked with Bank of America for years, and I am very happy with the firm. They have a wide array of financial products, excellent customer service, and an easy-to-use website and app. They also have branches convenient to where I live.

I would advise Bank of America to keep doing what they are doing, as I feel like they offer superior products and customer service.

I am long-term customer of Bank of America. The service is always exceptional. I feel that they really care about me, my accounts and always advise me how to optimize my savings and investments. Whenever I come to the bank, customer service is exceptional and always make me feel positive!

I like great customer service. I also like that they are so proactive on advising me on how I can invest my money in the best way - i.e. saving accounts, CDs, etc.

I absolutely would advise clients to open accounts in Bank of America. Customer service is exceptional and they always have customer best interest in mind.
