From the moment I opened my account I knew this was the right bank for me. The branch manager went thru all the documents with me and asked if I had any additional questions about the topic we just covered fees, minimum balance etc. anytime I visit my local branch they greet me by name and know what I'm there for. They don't ask if I want to sign up for something that I don't need and know when to recommend services that fit my lifestyle and my budget. I feel ready for retirement when the time comes and I confident about my finances I can stay on budget, save for retirement, and have some extra cash for a rainy day. I appreciate how they sit with you and help you look at your bills, income and can make a specialized plan that works every time. I will never have any other bank I can manage everything in branch or online.
