There customer service definitely needs to improve, alot! I did like there mobile app.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this bank so far and would definitely recommend it to others. I love the early pay, and it was so easy to open an account. The app is also great for managing my banking needs. The only minor drawback is that I wish there was a physical branch closer to me.
They have an account (which I currently have) that has no fees associated with it, unlike other banks I've dealt with in the past. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all benefits of the account when I signed up for it and were truthful on everything. They did not try to get me to sign up for an added on service with a hidden fee they did not tell me about, like another bank did. The only thing I would improve as of now, is for them to bring back the Access 360 prepaid card that they discontinued a few years ago. This was a prepaid card the had that you loaded directly from your online banking and was free to load- was very convenient and good for account security
Fifth Third is a great bank overall. Bankers are very knowledgeable and helpful, and will try to do best by you. Sometimes they are short staffed and you can be waiting awhile though.

Seemed to be a timely process would be a little easier if it were more quick and convenient.
