I appreciate how members with preferred reward status have ATM fees waved for partner banks. This helps during travel, creating a seamless experience in less urban locations mainly served by credit unions, especially if you're used to banking in cities.
I like the integrated bill-pay system, especially with the credit card, as well as instant transfers in the app. The rewards programs, though, don’t seem to be as good as other banks.

Honestly, the mobile app is super slick—easy to navigate, fast, and actually kind of intuitive (which is rare for banking apps). Would love to see more flexibility with overdraft protection—feels a bit rigid right now.
