They are good because in bank industry they are good in credit card, nothing to be improved they are good

I think they lack age. Most of the investors now are very young and very green Im hoping in time for both to change. No, age doesn't mean wisdom but it does mean experience.
Account fees are a bit high but overall it’s very worth it.

The bank had a bit of a line so it took a ehile for me to get attended to, but once it was my turn, they were able to take care of my issue very swiftly.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Lower account fees and hire more tellers and employees.
I have a good relationship with my bank teller and she is always helping me receive the best financial information when it comes to credit cards, savings accounts, and auto loans.

Great customer service would be my favorite thing about Bank of America. I don’t really have a least favorite thing.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Perhaps expanding their rewards program for credit card users would be nice.

We’ll try them out. You won’t regret it. It’s the best bank ever.
