In-person applicationsMany, but not all, banks have branches where you can apply in person with a credit specialist. Slower approvalIf you want to get your loan as quickly as possible, an online lender is usually the way to go.

What I liked most: Wells Fargo’s online and mobile banking tools are some of the best I’ve used. Transactions are easy to track, and the app is fast and reliable. I also appreciated their fraud alert system, which worked effectively. What I liked least: Wait times on customer service calls can be long, and sometimes you’re transferred between departments too many times. Also, some account fees could be more competitive.

I appreciate their large network and wide range of services, along with generally user-friendly online tools. However, higher fees at times and their past controversies prevent a perfect 5-star score. It's a balance of convenience and some drawbacks.

What I liked most was the convenience of their large branch and ATM network and their user-friendly online and mobile banking. What I liked least was probably the fees I've encountered at times, and the lingering feeling about their past controversies, even though my personal banking has been fine.

Nobody is perfect. Depends on the branch you go to use for banking business.

Many branches located all over Southern California where I live. I have no bad experiences so far with Wells Fargo.

O want them to be advanced, like offering more of digital services
I’ve had good experiences with various account services at Wells Fargo. When my account was compromised I received quick and efficient services and bankers helps me clean everything up and get new cards sent out immediately.

When my account was compromised, bankers helped me track the last 10 transactions to make sure it was me and not someone else.

I feel that Wells Fargo is a trustworthy bank with which to work. Customer service is top notch. They are responsive, friendly and professional. Very helpful.
I utilize Wells Fargo for private banking and they are very friendly, easy to work with, convenient, and secure. The only negative thing about banking with Wells Fargo in my opinion is their low interest rates. Their interest rates are some of the worst in the country for personal banking.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 10 years now. I have only had one issue with fraud and I was notified immediately of the suspicious charge. Their mobile app is very easy to navigate. I trust this bank and will continue banking with them.
