I’ve been with wellsfargo for over 10 years and I think the overdraft fees need to be adjusted. I like that they take claims/ fraud seriously

Best bank besides Schwab. They are very trustworthy and impeccable with their words and business promises. I've never had an issue with them. 10+ years in banking with them.

I have been with Wells Fargo Bank since 1993. They have always been there when needed. They are open 5 1/2 days a week and still have drive in services.

Many locations and convenience. Fees and interest rated could be improved.

Keep good records. They are a decent bank. Solid and reliable.

I would recommend this bank if you're a college student or a young adult. Best starter bank accounts for a cheap price

Have always had nothing but excellent service in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere in the six years I have been using this branch!

In-person applicationsMany, but not all, banks have branches where you can apply in person with a credit specialist. Slower approvalIf you want to get your loan as quickly as possible, an online lender is usually the way to go.

What I liked most: Wells Fargo’s online and mobile banking tools are some of the best I’ve used. Transactions are easy to track, and the app is fast and reliable. I also appreciated their fraud alert system, which worked effectively. What I liked least: Wait times on customer service calls can be long, and sometimes you’re transferred between departments too many times. Also, some account fees could be more competitive.

What I liked most was the convenience of their large branch and ATM network and their user-friendly online and mobile banking. What I liked least was probably the fees I've encountered at times, and the lingering feeling about their past controversies, even though my personal banking has been fine.
