I didn't like the service that they provided me. It was a lot of nonsense dealing with them inside the bank and I felt like they talked down to me constantly. A lot of unnecessary fees. And charges

Wells Fargo offers plenty of services and has branches all over Texas making it a convenient place to do my banking. I also use products such as personal loans, sending secure payments, I have a credit card, 2 checking accounts and a savings account with them. Good value, solid website and App for all my banking needs. The bankers and tellers as well as phone support have all been top notch! Very happy, been using them for over 20 years.
Everyone is so polite and professional and I don't see anything that can be improved.
Prompt service and best efforts by the agent to provide me the best offer. Although she could not get it, she tried her best. This is the best service I have received in the area. Respected my time and provided all the info in an efficient manner.
Fast easy customer service, short hold times, banks usually available when traveling.

I liked most was being able to have overdraft protection that allowed me to withdraw or make a purchase that was more than my account limit. I liked least was long lines in branch.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I would make more access to a credit report through the bank.
They work good but have heavy quotas and you need to fulfill it

I enjoy how they will do their best to help you with whatever problems you have. What I like least is that you sometimes have to wait a little long for support.

To have extra time planned out before having to make purchases or requesting chargebacks
