I’ve had multiple issues come up (not the fault of the bank) that made me have to submit transaction dispute claims through the bank. I’ve had an open claim for almost two months, and avi it a month ago I asked for the claim to be cancelled and was promised that it was cancelled and would have the temporary credit removed in ten business days. That was almost a month ago. I also have issues with the communications. I feel they should have a chat or text based communication method, like Discover, instead of just phone calls, because in this day and age lots of people will just ignore their issues instead of calling because younger people hate talking on the phone. Besides that my experience has been okay, but I’m switching banks to Discover, and am only keeping my Wells Fargo accounts to use Zelle (until my Discover account is eligible for Zelle) and ease of ATM.

I’ve been with wellsfargo for over 10 years and I think the overdraft fees need to be adjusted. I like that they take claims/ fraud seriously
Best bank besides Schwab. They are very trustworthy and impeccable with their words and business promises. I've never had an issue with them. 10+ years in banking with them.
Better communication with customers is one of the best improvements.
I have been with Wells Fargo Bank since 1993. They have always been there when needed. They are open 5 1/2 days a week and still have drive in services.

I would recommend this bank if you're a college student or a young adult. Best starter bank accounts for a cheap price
