Best bank I have , I love that if my account get over drafted they reverse the transaction so I won’t ever get a late fee.
Only improvement would be time it sucks with making appointments and being on time for me so maybe virtual FaceTime rhat way people can connect with me from comfort of their house
Wells Fargo is top notched when it comes to everything financial.
I like that they have local branches and ATMs, but they've eliminated some of the branches and ATMs that I used to use. Now there aren't as many around. I don't like their rates on savings accounts, checking accounts and CDs. They are ridiculously low; way lower than other banks. It's hard to reach their customer service, and they don't always know what they're doing.
Wells Fargo is my favorite the customer service is is excellent, and I never have a problem
They make it so easy to connect all your online business so it's all in one easy convenient place
They have hidden overdraft fees that will be charged $35 dollars for a dollar overdraft.
Setup with my account was quite difficult and took a while due to backend bugs but besides that everything else was smooth sailing
They have great service and good people the really take care of business.
They always meet my needs quickly. They never give me the runaround. I trust them with my money.
