Maybe update the app a little but, overall it’s good.
I really enjoy their HYSA with no overdraft fees. They have good savings and checking bonuses. However HYSA keeps decreasing.
No fees or minimums for all of their accounts. I’ve been using them for my savings, checking, and CD accounts with ease. Also has a great APR

I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Capital One, both through their online banking platform and when interacting with customer service over the phone. It’s clear that Capital One values its customers—their website interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes managing finances a breeze. I also appreciate the credit card offerings, especially the generous cashback rewards that add real value. One area that could be strengthened is the site’s security features. Currently, the login process relies primarily on a username and password. To enhance user confidence and protection against phishing attempts, I suggest incorporating additional security layers—such as CAPTCHA and a personalized image or quote unique to each user. These elements would help users verify they’re on the legitimate Capital One site, offering peace of mind and reinforcing trust in the brand.
Customer service, fees could be lower. So I would recommend to someone
I hBe loved my experience with capital one and it started with a credit card. now that they have acquired Discover Bank I get to call them my primary bank as well.
Very easy to do business with. I really appreciate the absence of fees/penalties associated with transferring funds between accounts.
I enjoy the ease of use, such as the easy to navigate app. I enjoy being able to access my debit card numbers in-app and the iPhone widget displaying my balance. I believe customer communication and customer service could be improved.
Capital one is a very good bank that provides a great service to it's customers.

Something I like the most about the firm is being able to have a bank that doesn't require monthly maintenance fees. Something I dislike about it is when I overdrawn I'm in the negatives. That is my only issue.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I would say keep, being the way you are. Especially with the no maintenance fees.
