I was promised an extended line of credit if I made on time payments for 6 months from a previous line of credit.After making ''on time'' payments for the 6 month period, Capital One honored their word and offered me a $1000 dollar increase along with a low interest rate.They have recieved a 5 star review in every category.Thanks Capital One for being a loyal and promising supporter.

Capital One is easy to use and communicate with. I’d prefer for them to have an option for chat or text based communication, but the phone service for communication is easy to navigate and get in touch with whom you need to. Something I really like about Capital One is that you can immediately enroll in Zelle for Person to Person payments, unlike some other banks that have a required amount of ...

I needed a debit card for my account so I called and ordered one. Staff was very friendly. They have no fees to deposit money. And a good interest saving account. Can't wait to start a credit card with them .

What I liked most was the smooth digital experience - from account setup to transfers was quick and easy. What I liked least was the inconsistent customer service and unclear communication about savings rate changes.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Capital One should improve customer service consistency and be clearer about rate changes. For businesses, it’s a strong digital partner, but don’t rely too much on their human support.

Capital One 360 Banking is a great company which has a easy app to use for all your banking needs , it has zero fees for banking with direct deposit, as well as the customer service representatives are kind understanding and will do everything they can to resolve any issues your having . I'd recommend switching to capital one if your looking for a new bank with excellent service's and reviews

I liked that setting up an account was pretty simple. Online banking was easy to set up as well.
