I like their low rates and no fees. I don't like the wait times at some of their branches and low interest rates on savings accounts.
I have been banking with Navy Federal for a few years and they are a very professional bank.

I liked everything from when I first opened my account with them since 2019 and there was nothing I liked the least since I have had no problems with them.
