Improvement to customer service needs to work on overall
Solid offerings, creeping rising fees related to maintaining a checking account are frustrating. Considering how low the interest rate is, maintaining a balance to waive a fee when better alternatives exist is a bold move.
I like that they are knowledgeable and willing to help but there ability to help those without a plus credit rating and the fees associated with the bank accounts could be better. I would like to be able to get credit with an average credit especially since been banking with them for years without issue.

I have had a credit card with Chase for over 20 years. In that time, I upgraded to the rewards program, which has changed some over the years but remains decent. My primary business is now with a local bank but I retain the Chase card as a backup/emergency card because it is trustworthy and reliable. The only major issue I've had related to a login issue with the app setting up a new phone; customer service was initially hard to communicate with but I eventually got to the right tech person who solved the problem.
With this banking firm I have had a positive experience with. The employee where always willing to help me with any questions and were knowledgeable in the services they offer.
The best thing about Chase is the customer service they stay on the line until ur satisfied and they don't have to improve on anything
