I found the Bank seller to be cold and distant as well as un engaging. I was looking for information regarding Credit and as well as financing for school and the representative not only did not help me basically told me that she didn’t have any answers

The reason you want a mobile app is so you can do online payments and transfers without having to go to the bank. You can’t make a transfer fast and have to put it off until there’s absolutely no distractions.
Solid bank for its features, however the absurd amount of fees lingering at every corner should put you off.

The fees are insane here. On the other hand, customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Be very cautious when signing up for a bank account that you are aware of all the terms and conditions and fees.
I based my ratings from my experience a few years ago I loved the service up until my account was compromised

I loved how customer service was easy to get in contact with but I don’t like how my account was easily compromised

I’d recommend more security and better communication between customers and fraud prevention
I have been a proud member of Chase for over 8 years now and am very satisfied with the service and offerings they provide. I like that I can get easy access to my bank account via the Chase mobile banking app, as well as pay bills, send money, and even check my credit score. In person, the bank tellers and clerks are always very courteous and provide excellent customer service whether I am withdrawing money or seeking information about my credit card.

Something I liked the least about the firm is that sometimes the lines are long to see a teller and appointments can take a little while. Something I like the most about the firm is the ease and convenience of banking in person and online.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I would recommend the firm integrate online appointments or use AI to help answer questions or concerns to help save time for customers and members who might not need to make an in person visit to a Chase bank.
I have banked with many banks and Chase bank is the best.

I like that every time I go into a branch they know who I am and call me by name. Least is that sometimes the atm has a glitch.

I wish I wouldn’t have wasted time trying other bank first and I wish I would have first tried Chase.
I've been banking with Chase for years now, and honestly, it's been a pretty decent experience. I love how they have pretty much everything I need under one roof, from my credit card to my car loan. Their app is super easy to use, letting me deposit checks and pay bills without ever stepping foot in a branch. Sure, sometimes the fees can be a little annoying if I don't keep an eye on my account balance, but overall, the convenience and range of services make Chase a solid choice for my banking needs.

Continue to innovate and refine the mobile app, ensuring seamless user experiences and integrating emerging technologies like biometric authentication and AI-powered financial insights.
The Chase Freedom Flex is a great no-annual-fee card offering 5% cashback on rotating categories, 3% on dining and drugstores, and 1% on everything else. While Chase is a trusted bank with solid rewards, the card has foreign transaction fees and requires activation for bonus categories.

quicker response time, better resolution sometimes the bot does not give good answers
