Capital One is pretty good though as far as big banks go they are average

I liked that setting up an account was pretty simple. Online banking was easy to set up as well.

I would recommend they make their customer service better and more personal
Capital One has always been great to work with. They are prompt and effective with their customer service communication, have amazing deals and rates, and provide exceptional services.

What I like the most about my experience with Capital One is their amazing interest rates. I specifically partner with them for my Savings account and my Certificate of Deposit, where I consistently receive likely the highest interest rates around. What I like least about my experience with Capital One would simply be the frequent emails they send out about deals or cash back offers, but this is easy fixed with email preference adjustments.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I would recommend that Capital One is more intentional and effective at providing personalized emails to their users. To other business considering engaging with Capital One, I would recommend that they partner with them! They are fantastic to work with, and they won’t disappoint!
Incredibly easy to use as a bank. The customer service is great and I was able to keep my money safe. They also currently offer fee free overdraft and mobile check deposits for checking accounts.

There are many positives to using Capital One. I most enjoyed the safety and security as well as the very responsive customer service.

I have had the best experience banking with capital one and would recommend it to anyone. Their credit cards have great perks and they are very quick with responding as well.
