It’s a nice local bank that has easy mobile banking.

What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?

I like that there is a branch right right across the street from me with an atm. I don’t like that they changed the interest rate on my smart checking account from 3% to 1% without any notification.

What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?

They need to employ interest rates that are competitive or I will keep moving my money elsewhere.
