Fantastic rating system and keep it just like it is
Switching to Ent Credit Union from Wells Fargo over 15 years ago was a fantastic move. Unlike the impersonal service I experienced before, Ent has consistently made me feel valued. Opening checking and savings was easy, and their mortgage team later provided a smooth and understandable home-buying experience with a great rate. Their online and mobile banking are excellent, and their staff is always helpful and friendly. I was also impressed by a recent $2,000 no-interest loan – a testament to their member focus. Having my mortgage, checking/savings, and credit card with Ent simplifies everything. After all these years, I highly recommend Ent for their excellent service and genuine commitment to their members.

What I like most about Ent is the consistently friendly and member-focused service I've experienced over the past 15+ years. The only real disappointment I've encountered during my time with Ent was not qualifying for a HELOC. While I understand lending criteria are in place, it was still a setback for a home improvement project I had planned, and I had hoped my long-standing positive relationship with Ent would have been a greater factor.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
If you're considering Ent Credit Union, definitely explore your options and don't be afraid to compare their rates and fees on loans, mortgages, credit cards, and accounts with others. Based on my long-term experience here in Colorado Springs, I'm confident Ent will prove more favorable. Don't just look at the numbers, though; also look at the service, which is a huge plus.
