I use SoFi as my main bank, credit platform. Some criticisms are that there aren't options for investments, no zelle access within the SoFi app, and no physical locations to deposit cash. In my mind, all of these "issues" can be by passed and some are not necessary.Customer service chat box within the mobile app suckd It's so slow but Sofi has the best sign on bonus and are pretty good on apy rates. As an online-only bank with no available branches, I do use SoFi for 99% of my banking.
Overall, it’s been a great experience. There isn’t a branch to do business with, though.

The atm fees could be lower and they could add more in network atms
Overdraft feature needs to be improved to where you can overdraft earlier without the membership
1000/10 just hope customer rewards can be improved just by a little bit
I have a love/hate relationship with SoFi. They will lend you more money than anyone else in the marketplace will. They also accordingly charge you interest rates higher than any competitor. They are useful if needed, just be wary of the terms.
Generally very easy to work with and communicative, but not appropriate for someone looking to get a Coop

They have numerous referral and sign up bonuses, they also have banking and investing accounts in the same app. Customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and super quick to respond. And lastly, the security notifications to confirm it's you making the purchase are amazing.
