Comment on the ratings:

They need to be more personable when it comes to their valued members. Additionally, there is a $9 fee to have their power protected checking that you are unable to opt out of. At times of hardship if your account is charged and overdraft fees they are also not willing to budge to accommodate removing those charges, regardless of your current member status compared to other banking industries/ services.
