Chase is an amazing bank that I live banking with. Love my checking account.

What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
The most I like about it is how easy it was to set up my checking account. The least I like is that it costs $5 dollars per month for my account.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I think they should keep doing what they’re doing, but charge less fees for the checking account. Other businesses should absolutely consider doing business with them. Very professional.

They wouldn't provide an account number over the phone even when I could answer any security question. I don't want the app or to have an account on the website.

Calling and talking to customer service was difficult to hear them and they had their minds made up

Create a process for this, as technology gets more complex and easily hacked, people might want to avoid having a profile for their accounts
