I love Chase. I've been with them for years and never had any problems
Chase has had our back's from the beginning And always been there
Customer service needs a bit more improving at least be more inviting while with the company
I think some times customer relations lacks a bit I think it can be inmproved with finding people more willing to listen to needs
Its a good bank, theyll take care of you for sure if you are a long atanding customer.

I liked that the fraud detection was really good however the fees got a little high
