What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?

What I like most about them is their user-friendly mobile app and online banking platform. It makes managing my finances so easy, whether I'm checking balances or transferring funds, its a click away

What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?

I think adding more educational content, like webinars or online workshops about personal finance and investing, would be a great way to help customers make more informed financial decisions
