They’re easy in person and on their app, they don’t have any charge for their accounts although they do require a 5 dollar minimum on a savings but that’s no issue. Absolutely love their service.
Additional comments:What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
The ATMS can be a little wonky, I’ve had money get stuck and have had to tell an employee there. Other than that they’ve always been helpful when needing to cash checks in or when I’ve had issues with my accounts
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
They did recently change their name so I would be wary of that but other than that they’re a pleasant company that would probably work well with other as their standards are very good
