Horrible. This firm actually did and took on being a trustee and a financial broker at the same time. I called Schwab for advice, as Zemenick & Walker refuses to follow my father's will have statements sent to over the last two years. Charles Schwab's legal team responding that. The FACT that my father was suckered into a shady business of Zemenick and Walker taking on as trustee and paid financial advisors on the same money. That opens an opportunity for theft. When it is stated that in my father's will I am to get a statement monthly. My father died two years ago and refuses to send me statements. I called Schwab for advice, as Zemenick & Walker refuses to follow my father's will have statements sent to over the last two years. Charles Schwab's legal team responding that.
