Comment on the ratings:

Horrible. This firm actually did and took on being a trustee and a financial broker at the same time. I called Schwab for advice, as Zemenick & Walker refuses to follow my father's will have statements sent to over the last two years. Charles Schwab's legal team responding that. "That is poor practice for any of our brokers to do you will have to seek legal advice". In effect Zemenick and Walker can be and have every right to be draining my father's estate. My father's wife who is still a live is a nut living in assisted living can't take out the trash without calling out the national guard and my sister has never been taught a thing about finances as this is your typical brokerage firm that just says, "The economy will turn around just wait it out". you could be broke or in my case have everything drained out.

What did you like best about your experience with the Firm?

Nothing

What did you like least about your experience with the Firm?

The FACT that my father was suckered into a shady business of Zemenick and Walker taking on as trustee and paid financial advisors on the same money. That opens an opportunity for theft. When it is stated that in my father's will I am to get a statement monthly. My father died two years ago and refuses to send me statements.
