What stood out to me the most was their competitive interest rates, especially on savings accounts. It's always nice to see your money grow, and their rates made me feel confident that my funds were working hard for me.
Additional comments
What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
While customer service is usually great, I did experience a delay in getting a response about some of my more specific banking requests, like changing account settings. It would be nice if these things could be processed faster.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Offer more online support options, such as live chat section, to answer common questions. This would make it easier to resolve issues quickly without needing to call or visit a branch.
