VISA is a great fintech company that prides itself on outstanding customer service. I love their VISA Infinite 24/7 concierge service. They respond extremely quickly and are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to deliver to their customers. They can improve on the checkout experience by simplifying the payment process for merchants and improve conversion rates when I travel overseas.
