I needed to cashout part of my 401k. Paperwork was simple and I received my payment in less than two weeks
I like the convenience of accessing my Vanguard investment account on any mobile or computing device. I want to see the personal investment account website improved so it’s easier to find the information I need without wasting my time searching for it. The layout needs a major overhaul. The current layout is not very user-friendly or intuitive.
