Have used Truist for several years for personal banking and home loans. They have always been great to work with and always willing to help. They have even stopped a couple fraudulent transactions before the money was taken from my account.
Very easy to open my account. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Definetly a good bank compared to others I've dealt with.

Level of professional and knowledgeable always reliable
we switched all of our banking to Truist after having a frustrating experience, obtaining a mortgage with our primary bank at the time. They just had too many errors. I could tell there was not enough attention to detail and ourexperience with Truist has been the opposite.
