we switched all of our banking to Truist after having a frustrating experience, obtaining a mortgage with our primary bank at the time. They just had too many errors. I could tell there was not enough attention to detail and ourexperience with Truist has been the opposite.

What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
They are very easy to work with and seem to have a personal touch to everything they do. The process of opening and maintaining accounts was seamless.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Continue to invest in customer relations! we have been very happy with quick and prompt responses to all concerns
