What did you like best about your experience with the Firm?
Personal touch from SVB... representatives care about their customers and are very responsive.
What did you like least about your experience with the Firm?
Online user setup not always intuitive when you get to things like authorizing mobile banking. I believe this was growing pains with their automation (2 yrs ago). However, staff are very helpful in overcoming diffiuculties caused by cumbersome technical issues.
