PNC is great never have any issues and great rate on the savings account

Staff more employees so less of a wait time. Great employees and great service.
Way too many fees, no real perks whatsoever... the only real plus is that every employee I've ever dealt with has been kind and understanding. I definitely would not recommend them as a primary banking institution.

I liked the number of branches in my area, made theme easily accessible. The bad side is that they really stick you with fees if you aren't careful.

My recommendation to anyone doing business with them is to watch your accounts, they will hit you with penalties hard if you accidentally overdraft or anything. My recommendation to PNC is to make more perks available to clients and lower your fees.
I have been continually impressed with the services and customer support I have received here.

I have not found anything that I dislike. I appreciate and have must respect for the integrity of this organization.

Stop by a local branch and ask questions about any needs or products you may want. I have yet to find someone that is not helpful.

None that I can think of. I would have said having receipt available for ATM transactions is neede
I've been a customer of PNC Bank for 5 years. They have the most amazing customer service! I rarely have had any problems, but on the few occasions when I did they were able to take care of them for me within minutes.

Doing business with PNC Bank is a solid decision. Any company should be able to benefit from a business relationship with them.
