Plexe is a scam. We had a line of credit with them for $25,000 and they are trying to have us reimburse them +$20,000 in interest. They do this by charging all sorts of fees that nobody understands, even they do not provide a proper explanation of what their own fees correspond to. Please is also not able to send a corrected account statement, basically insisting on their falsified version. It is now in the hands of the authorities, but everybody out there reading this, avoid Plexe at all cost.
Additional comments:What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
In the beginning they were quite friendly. However, after about three months, random fees were added to the statement, and they became very unresponsive. Of course, by the time that we had called them out on their scam, they threatened legal actions. Terrible experience overall.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
My sole recommendation to anybody out there reading this review is to not do business with them. It is a scam!
