Persons Banking Company was formed in 2015 as a result of the merger of The Farmers Bank, The Peoples Bank, The Bank of Perry, and Spivey State Bank. Persons Banking Company operates five full service banking offices located in Forsyth (headquarter); Conyers (operating under the trade name “The Peoples Bank”); Perry and Warner Robins (operating under the trade name “Bank of Perry”); and Swainsboro (operating under the trade name “Spivey State Bank”).
