NFCU I've been with for some time now. The customer service is great and the people are very helpful and kind. The fees aren't many and you get great benefits. Great people and great credit union.

Making credit card payments is seamless, making available balance usable immediately. Increading limits is a quick and simple process. Debit cards are easy to manage, add to phone, and reorder. Campus checking is useful for teens as well. Zelle payments are also seamless and quick

I like their low rates and no fees. I don't like the wait times at some of their branches and low interest rates on savings accounts.
