What I liked most about the bank is their customer support. Every time I had a question or an issue, they responded quickly, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. I never had to wait long, which is a huge plus.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
To just make sure that all fees are clearly communicated upfront. Some charges, especially for wire transfers or international transactions, can be surprising, and having a clearer breakdown would help avoid any confusion.
