The vision of Hometown Bank began in late fall of 1999 when a group of approximately 200 local individuals dreamed of a bank that would truly care about, be committed to and involved in both its customers and its community. That dream was realized when Hometown Bank opened its doors for business on April 3, 2000, with only a handful of employees in one location. Hometown Bank is now made up of almost 60 employees in six locations within tri-county community.
