II think that like I had to switch away from it andI think that like I had to switch away from it and I didn't really recommend that much because it is very hard to get in touch with the customer service and staff off hours because it is a very small business and I think like there are a lot of limits and checks and balances more than the larger banks.

What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
II think what I liked most about it is that it was I think what I liked most about it is that it was convenient and close by located. Other than that what I liked least is that it is a small bank so they don't have 24 seven customer support and the hours are not always the best either or trying to get help or assistance the right way
