This is a very good bank overall. I find some of their customer support helpful and some rude. They have very good accounts with some fee free options. They’re app is very easy to use and I can access my account balance with a push if a button.

I like the ease of use and fee free products the most. I like their customer support the lease. Some of the staff is unhelpful.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
I would recommend they get some staff who is friendlier. I would also suggest they do not charge so much for checks.
