I love their security features especially their voice recognition over the phone service. I also have legit never had a problem with any of their employees including bankers
I like that there are many conveniently located branches across the country and customer service is almost always readily available. The financial experts are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are also many investment products to choose from. I do think the app layout could be improved though, more specifically the graph views. I wish I could see more time frames than just the ones listed.
Intuitive platform that is easy to navigate and execute financial transactions. I would like to see more artificial intelligence integrated into the platform.
Fidelity Investments provides comprehensive wealth management services from investing, retirement account management, and philanthropy. The fees are very reasonable for the breadth of services offered.

I love the responsive customer service; they are available 24/7 and answer my calls within a few seconds. I wish Fidelity had more brick-and-mortar locations if I choose to see someone face-to-face.

Give Fidelity Investments a chance to show what they can offer you. They aren’t the number one retirement investment management firm for no reason!

Their customer service is excellent, and I trust them more than traditional banks with my money - I appreciate the cash back. I haven't had any issues with them.

Great for Budgeting and Financial Tools
I first came across Fidelity Investments through a recommendation and I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with them so far. I think the best thing about it is how well I understand a lot of technical finance terms these days. I'm much more motivated to read reports to see how they can affect my investments
