I have worked with Ryan Rothwell at Eastern Bank financing several rental properties in New Hampshire and the service is outstanding. Ryan has an excellent understanding of the real estate market in the area and his communication is great.

Eastern had competitive rates and closing costs.

Nothing really, I never like paying closing costs but Eastern Banks fees are reasonable.
