What did you like most and least about your experience with the Firm?
I liked the ease of use of their online platform, it was very user-friendly and made it easy for me to manage my accounts and investments. The customer service team was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. One area for improvement I noticed was that the mobile app could be more intuitive. Sometimes it took me a few extra steps to find what I was looking for. However, this was a minor issue and overall my experience with Citibank was very positive.
What recommendations would you make to the Bank and to other businesses considering engaging this Firm?
Citibank can further help to enhance its services by investing in digital transformation, expanding financial education resources, and upgrading its mobile app functionality.
