Easy to use, chime pay is great and enjoy the spot me service they provide. Could improve giving more options to increase spot me to those who don't have qualifying deposits.

Consistently exceeds productivity goals and expectations liked most but in other way Shows limited ability to manage multiple tasks.

I have had chime for over a year now with no issues. They don't charge ATM fees at most ATMs and you can even get free money for referring friends.

There was nothing I liked. The customer service and dispute department need a lot of help. I had my dispute. Messed up on 10 different times never corrected would not do business with again.

I love not just the spot me feature but that you can give your friends a slight boost for the remainder of the month. Those 2 features are lifesavers along with the fact I always get my checks at least 2-3 days earlier than expected. I don't really have anything in mind that should be improved.
