Ameriprise Financial provides competent and knowledgeable advisers who genuinely want to give fiduciary advice. Their equity sell/buy order commissions are quite high compared to the competition. They should lower those fees to be more competitive in equity trades. I would like Ameriprise Financial to expand into a family office platform to provide comprehensive services for high net worth clients.
