Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS)

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) was a former regulatory agency in the United States that was responsible for the supervision and regulation of federal savings associations (thrifts) and their holding companies. However, as of July 2011, the functions and responsibilities of the OTS were transferred to other regulatory agencies.
