Nondisturbance agreement

A nondisturbance agreement, also known as a non-disturbance and attornment agreement (NDAA), is a legally binding contract between a tenant, a landlord, and a third-party lender or landlord's lender. It ensures that if the property is foreclosed or there is a change in ownership, the tenant's lease rights will be recognized and respected by the new owner or lender. It provides the tenant with some level of protection and continuity of their lease agreement.
