Interval Fund

An interval fund is a type of closed-end investment fund that combines features of both open-end and closed-end funds. Unlike traditional closed-end funds that trade on an exchange throughout the day at market prices, interval funds offer periodic intervals, typically quarterly or semi-annually, during which investors can buy or sell shares at net asset value (NAV).
