A Capitalization Table, also called a "Cap Table," is a record that shows who owns a company and how the equity is divided up. It gives a thorough breakdown of the various kinds of securities provided by the company, including common stock, preferred stock, options, warrants, and convertible notes, and the names of the people who own those securities.
