Joint and Several

Joint and several is a legal term to describe the liability of multiple parties who are jointly responsible for a debt or obligation. In a joint and several arrangements, each party is individually liable for the full amount of the debt or obligation, and the creditor can choose to pursue any or all of the parties for the entire debt.
